Desain Grafis
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Able to interpret needs and wants towards the creation of unique artistic vision. - Young, Easy Going, Think Creative, Originality, Innovative, Initiative, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving Skills, Have a Good Taste and Strong Visual Sense.
- Excellent communication in English and organizational skills.

- Minimum education S1 Majoring in DKV (Visual Communication Design).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography.
- Proficiency of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere and other editing software.
- Mastering camera, photo and video taking techniques is a plus.
- Strong portfolio design layout, composition or other graphic.
Marketing
Duties and Responsibilities :
- To carry out sales Activities such as making quotation, visiting clients, developing new client by spreading/ market Goltens Services concept and maintaining existing clients.
- To set goals and reach them.
- To analyze market opportunities and take action.
- To quote and carry out contract review.
- To work in a team with others.
- To assist Finance Department to contact client for payment.
- To carry out other duties/ assignment that may be directed by Head of Sales & Marketing Dept.
- Survey and analyze of customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complain.
Qualifications:
Education:
- S1 & D3 Mechanical Engineer or any discipline.
Experience:
- S1 – min 1 year
- D3 – min 2 years.

- Familiar Ms Office.

Market Analyst
- Experience in marketing analytics along with a data driven mind-set with strong communication skills.
- Understand the business problem and challenges/opportunities for the business.
- Influence the marketing team through data analysis to help support the customer acquisition and engagement goals. Examples of this would be:
- Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Customer profiling and segmentation.
- Cohort, funnel, churn, and retention analysis.
- Logic creation and automation to be used in marketing campaigns.
- Create dashboards for monitoring purposes.
- Develop ETL Pipeline for analytics purposes.
- Ad-hoc analysis to help address business challenges and opportunities.
- Pro-active data analysis to identify problematic areas for optimisation or further investigation via customer listening.
What you will need to have:
- A tertiary education in a quantitative discipline.
- Ability to translate abstract questions to tangible solutions.
- Good communication skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team (matrix) with technical and non-technical people.
- Pro-active and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and priority.
Purchasing
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and check every purchasing document.
- Manage the procurement through a systematic and controlled planning.
- Search and analyze potential suppliers according to the items needed.
- Manage cost and quality requirements of the goods purchased to not exceed budget.
- Negotiate, bargain and establish term with the suppliers to secure desirable cost.
- Consider purchasing sources and check prices of the purchased goods.
- Make a monthly, quarterly and yearly report result of purchasing operations and submit to the relevant division for their own budget evaluation.
- Ensure delivery plan and the availability of goods is accurate and timely.
Job Requirements:

- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
